Age Action's Ageing and Development programme is organising a seminar on Thursday 13 October from 9am-1pm at the Alexander Hotel, 41-47 Fenian Street, Dublin 2.
It will explore what healthy ageing looks like for older people in developing countries, particularly the challenges and opportunities going forward in an era of global ageing populations. It will examine this in the context of Sustainable Development Goal 3, on health.
It will also look at the measurement of health and well-being of older people in the Global South as well as give a practitioner perspective from Tanzania.
